Eloise Van Zijl is a filmmaker based in Portland, Oregon and grew up in sunnyside California. Eloise works part-time as a production assistant on independent productions in California and has a number of credits on IMDb from her work on the Back Pages. She is currently a full-time student at Portland State University and is set to graduate in late 2022. Her dream is to submit a film to Sundance and work alongside female pioneers of the industry.

When she's not filming, she's often daydreaming, writing and watching movies as that's essentially all she can ever think or talk about.
